一双奇妙的手
一双手可以造就社会,这双手只能哺育人类,母亲的手。全世界的母亲,不分种族国籍,皮肤。。。都曾这样保护过自己的孩童,使他们免受风吹雨打。
A pair of hands can help the society. The pair of hands that nurtured all of us is the hands of a mother. All the mothers in the world are not bothered about the differences between the races and the colors of the skin. They unconditionally love their children, and willingly protect them through storms and heavy rains.
有构思,用双手培育大马与各国人的含意。(国旗与建筑物有效的与双手联系)用色以蓝色为主,能将双手衬托的当相有力。(金碧霞博士点评) This drawing brings out an idea, using a pair of hands as the carer of Malaysia’s development. The national flag and buildings effectively merged with the pair of hands. With blue as main colour, a powerful focus is drawn towards the hands. (Doctor Kim Phaik Lah)

我最高兴的事
This is a picture about the happiest thing I have. The happiest thing I have is playing football because I can always bring it to the football field to play. I also ask my neighbours to come and play football. Even though I always lose, but I am happy that I can play.
画面上一群孩子正兴致勃勃地在踢足球,人物动态和表情都非常生动,尤其是人物和树木添加了阴影,粗逛线条,使画面上的人物有了一种动感,表明该学生良好的造型能力和较高的艺术秉性。(胡知凡教授点评)
In this drawing, a group of children are happily playing football together. The expressions and movement of the human figures are very lively, especially with the addition of shadows. Bold lines enhance the movement of the figures. All these prove the student’s artistic talent and skill. (Dr. Hu Zhi Fan)

我最高兴的事
I won the scholarship for science for my secondary school and made the school proud. The whole school is cheering at me and I was happy.
能够为校争光真是每一位同学心目中最快乐的事。作品最具特色之处是采用铅笔速写了不同人物的形态,布局构图「似梦又似真」把快乐的镜头凝固在一个舞台上,非常特别。(梁志芬老师点评) To be able to bring pride to the school is every student’s happiest dream. The best thing in this drawing is the usage of pencil to express the figures’ thoughts. Between a fantasy and a reality, this drawing brought the faces of happiness on stage. 在工作的人
这幅画所说的是位以捕鱼谋生的渔夫。他们不管风吹雨打,都还是如此辛勤工作,为的是让家人不愁吃,不愁穿。渔夫在我们的生活里扮演着重要的角色,因为有渔夫所以我们才能有鱼可吃。 This drawing tells about the fishermen. Regardless of the storm, rain and big waves, they kept on working, fulfilling their duty. All these are for the sake of providing for their family. Fishermen thus indeed, play an important role in our lives. Thanks to these fishermen, we have fishes on our tables.
社会上在工作的人,包罗万象,小朋友以描绘渔夫捕鱼的辛劳勤快来表达很独特。尤其构图大胆,画面布局生动。着色纯朴,画笔流畅,使整个画面动起来。(曾华清校长点评) Working people in the society is made up of many kinds. This student chose to draw out this title in a way that showed how hardworking fishermen are. The drawing is daring and lively. Colours used are very beautiful and also the sketches are perfectly drawn. These have enabled the completed drawing to be very lively. (Mr. Cheng)

在光与影之间
这是一间监狱,影代表恶,光代表善(监狱的影子)鞋子就代表犯人,有的在这光与影之中,(左鞋)会回头改过,但也有的却是执迷不悟(右鞋).
This is the shadow in a jail. Shadow symbolizes evil while the brightness symbolizes goodness. The pair of shoes is the prisoner. Between darkness and brightness, evil and good, there is always a choice. The left shoe is able to change for the better while the right shoe shall remain unchanged, dwelling in the darkness, the evil side.
作品中的一双鞋子的形态象征着人们对善恶选择取向,有迎向光明,也有执迷不悟。在盐仓下的光与影突显了邪恶分明,但在乎的是人自己的选择。作者能以平凡的一双鞋子来塑造出独特的善恶概念,艺术创意就在此。(梁志芬老师点评)
A pair of shoes symbolizes the choice in each of us, one to change for the better and goodness, the other to remain on the evil side; the darkness. The usage of bright and dark effectively brought out the choice between good and evil. Yet, in the end it is our own choice that determines on which side we are. This student used a simple object; a pair of shoes to bring out such a deep meaning, this is indeed creativity in arts at its best. (Ms. Leung Chi-fan, Catharine)
